A RESOLUTION OF T13E ANAHE~M CI'TY PLEI.NNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINrS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDI'fIONAL LJS~ PERMIT NC1S. 131R, 1754 AND 3060
Wf-IEREAS, on June 26, 1972, Conc;itional Use Permit No. 1318 was granted
under Resolution No. PC72-143 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to establish an uuto
rental agency; and
WHEREAS, on October 10, 1977, Conditional Use Permit No. 1754 was '
granted under Kesolution I~To. PC77-222 by the Ax-aheim Planning Commission to expand ~
an existing drive through restauran! with waiver of minimum number uf parking spaces; and ,
WHEREAS, on September 12, 1988, Conditional Use Permit Nu. 3060 was
granted under Resolution No. PC88-259 by the Anaheim Planlung Commission to psrmit
a driv~-through lane addition to an existing fast-food restaurant; and
W~-iEREA5, William A. Couch, property owner, has submitted a letter
requcsting termination of Conditional Use Pcrmit Nos. 1318, 1754 and 3(160 to comply wifh
the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 3469.
NOW, THBREFORE, BE IT ~2~SOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use
Permit Nos. 1318, 1754 und 3060 on the basis of the fore~oing findings.
