NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOL\~ED that the Anahoim City Planning Commi.ssion does hereby gr~nt subject Potition ~or l/arianco, upon the following canditions which are hereby found to be ~ necessary prerequfsite to the proposed use of the subJect p; operty in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahoim: 1. 'T'hat the driveway on Ganyon Rim Rhad shall ~e reconstructed to the satisfactior~ of the City ~ngineer. 2. That sidswalk access ramps shail be installed on both sides of the driveway along Anaheim Hil1s Road, and that a sidewalk access ramp shall be installed and the sidewalk reconstructed at the noRheast corner af Anaheim liills Road and Noh! Ftan~h Road. 3. Tha: plans ~hall be submitted to the Ciry Traffic and Transportation Manager for his reviaw and approval in ~ccordance with Engineering Standarc! N~. i37 pertaining to sight di5tance visibility. 4. That subject property shall be developed substPntially in accorrfance with pl~ns and specifications submitted to the City nf Anaheim by ihe petitianer and which plans are an tile with tlte Planning Depart:~~ont marked E:<hibit Nas. 1 and 2. 5. That prior to issuance of a sign pormit ~r within a pariod of one (1) yeer from th~ date of this resolution, whichever occurs tirst, Condition No. 3, above-men?ioned, shall be Complied with. That prior ta final building and zoning inspections, Condition Nos. 1, 2 and 4, abovs-mentioned, shall be compHed with. '/.
