A RESOLUTION OF TH~ ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS iiV CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIUNA! USE PERMIT NO. 1142
WHEREAS, on Navember 17, 19Ei9, Conditionai Use Permit Na. 1142 was
grante9 undor Resolution No. PC69-229 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permft thy
expdnsion of an existing truck serviCe station and stora~e yard includin~ ~utur~ development
of a r~staurant on p~operty located at the northwest corner of Coron~do Street ar~d Blue
Gum Strevt, haying approximate fruntages af 615 feet on the north side of Coronado Street
and 628 feet on tl~e west sid~ ~f Blue Gum Street, and further described as 1231-1235 Narth
alur, Gum Street.
WHEREAS, Rirhard Winn, represen:ing the property owner, has submitted n
letter requesting termination uf Conditional Use Permit No. 11 ~2 to comply with the conditlr~ns
of approval of C~nditional Use Permit No. ~372.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning
Commission does hereby terminate all proceAdings in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No. 1142 on the basis of the foregoing ~ndings.
