PC93-123 A RESOLUTION OF THF ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 92F•199 ADOPTED IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMI'i N0. 3526 WHEREAS, an September 22, 1992, Cond~tional Use Permit No. 352E was approvpd by the City Council under ~iesolution No. 92R-1J9 to permit an educational institutl~n In one 4emporary sohool trailer for chlldren res(dfng In an existing children's board and care fecliiry irom ~uintana Road, having a maximurn depth of approximately A85 feet, being located approximately 300 feet south of th~ centartine of Arboretum Road, and further describod a~ 232 South Qulntttna Drive (Canyon Acres Residontl~l Canter). WHEREAS, sald Resolutfon No. 93R-199 Includes the loilowing conditions of approval: "3. That iF the sub~ect tralier remains on the property for more than one (1) year from the date Af Instaliation, sa(d trailer shall bo fire sprinkl~red as r9quired by the Flre Depe~rtment. 8. That subJect t~aller shall be permltted for a period af one (t) yaar untll August 3, 1993; and that time extensfons may be aought in conr~ection wfth a duly noticad pubila hearfng" WWEREAS, petitioner aurrently requests a one-year time extenslon for the tamporary school trailer appr~ved in conJunctfon with the exisiing shelter for children. WHEREAB, the City Planning Commisslon did hold a public hearing at the Civic Center in the City of Anaheim on November 15, 1393, at 1:30 p.m., notice of sald public hearing having been duly given as requlred by Iaw and In accordanae with the provisions ~f tho Anaheim Munfcfpal CAde, ~hapter 18.Q3, to heAr and consider evfdence for and agalnst satd praposed ~mendment and to Investlpate and make find(n~s and recommendations in connectfon therowith; a~~d WHEREA3, said Commission, aker dua fnspection, Investfgatlon and study rnade by ksetf and in fts behalf, and aiter due consideratfon of ali evidence and reports oHered at sald hearing, does find and dele-mino tha foflowing facts: 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Pl~nning Commisslon does hareby amend Cnnditfon Nos. 3 and 8 of Rosolutlon No. 92R-199 to read as follows: "3.
