number of parking apaces; and
WHEREAS, on Novsmber 13, 1990 VarlenGe No. 4085 was granted undor Fiesolutlon No.
90R-408 by the Anahelm Ciry Councii tollowing an approval by the Zoning Adminlatrator to waivo mirdmum
numNar of parking speces to construct a 22,000 square foot industrial building; and

hereby terminete all procoedfnga in connectlon with Condftlo Use Permit No. 1883 end Var(unce Nos.
2349 and 40~5 on the basle of the foregolnfl Mdings.
