A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PIANNING COMMISSION ~
TERMINATING ALL PAOCEEDINGS IN CO~INECTION WITH n
VARIANCE N0. 3624 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3380 ~
WWEREAS, on December 8,19&6, Variance No. 3624 was granted under Resolutlon No.
PC86-308 by the Anahefm City Planning Commission to waive tha maxlmum bullding haight to construct
a 21 •unit apartment camplex on property located on the narth side of Jackson Avenue, having a maximum I
depth of approximetely 346 feet, botng locatod approximAtely 750 feet east of the centorllne of Park Vista
Stroet, and further described as 294Q through 2950 East Frontera Stroat; antl
WHEREAS, on Febr~iary 26, 1991, Conditlonel Use Permit No, 3380 was granted un~er
9esolution No. PC91-25 by the Anahelm Clry Planning Commission to permit an "affordeble" 24•unit, RM-
2400 aondominium complex with wafver of minimum site aroa per dweliing unit, maximum structural holght ,
and minimum landscape area; and
WHEREAS, John C. Prentice, praperty owner, has submitted a letter requesting terminatlon
of Varfance Na. 3624 and Conditfonat Use Permit No. 3380 t~ comply with the conditlons of approval of

Variance No. 4149. I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Ana ofm Clty Planning Commisslon doess
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Varlance No. 3 4 ancl Conditional Use Permlt No. 3380
on the basis of the foregaing findings.
