A RESULUTION OF TFIE ANAHEIM CITY PIANNING CQMMISSION
TERMINATiNG ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTiON WITH
CONQITIONAL USE PFRMIT N0, 1409
WWEREAS, an July 23, 1973, Conditional Use Parmit No. 1409 was granted under
Resoiution PJo. PC73-154 by the Anaheim Planning Commisslon to establish a church wfth waiver of
minimum number af required parking spaces on properry located on the east. side of East 9treet, south
of Glenwood Avenue and north of Sycamore Street, and further described as b00 - 530 North East
StreAt; an~
WHEREAS, James Ramo, repreaentfng ths property ownors, submlttsd a lotter
requesting tarminatlon of Conditional Use Permit No. 1409 to comply with the conditlons of approval of
Conditi~nal Usa Permit No. 3~47.
NOW, THEREFOI~E, BE 17 RESOLVED that the Anahefm City Planning Commission does
horeby termtnate all r,;oceedings in connectfon w(th Condftional Use Permit No. 1409 on the basis of the
faregoing findings.
