A RESQLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANfVING COMMISSION
THAT PETITION FOR CONDiTIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3628 BE GRANTED
WWEREAS, the Anaheim Ciry Plenning Commission did receive a verified Petltion for
Conditional Usa Permft for cortaln real property situated (n the City of Aneheim, Caunry of Orange, State
of CalHornia, described es:
PARCELS 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 AND 9, INCLUSIVE, AS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED
IN BOOK 123, PAGES 46 AND 47 OF PARCEL MAP6, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY R~CORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTI'.

and in Its behalf, and aRer due consfderation of all evidence and reports oNered at said hearinp, does find
and dotermine the follnwing tacts:
1. That the proposed use Is properly one for whlch a conditionel uso parmR is autl~orizod by
Anaheim Municfpal Code Section 18.61.050.614 to permft a 9,400 sq.it. church In a 29,680 aq,it. industrial
bullding with walver of the following under the authority of Code Sectlon 18.00.080:

dated June 18, 1993, which was revleweri and epproved by the City 'frefffc and Trensportatlon Manager
showing that there is adequate perking for the spocNic propose~t use;
3. That the granting of the parking varlance under the conditlons imposed wlll not be
detrimental ta tho peace, health, safety or general welfare of the citlzens of the Cfty of Anaholm;
4. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjolning land uses and the growth and
