A RESOLIJTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING ~OMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNEC7IQN Wll'H
CONUITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1109 ,4ND 1181
WHFREAS, on April 7, 1969 the Anahelm Gity Planning Commission approved Conditional
Usa Permit No. 1109 under Resolutlon No. PC69-71 permitting on•premfse sales and consumptfon of beer
and wino in conjunctior. with a restaurant on property located south and west of the southwost cornor c,f
La Palma Avenue and Magnoila Avenue and further described as 1029 - 1031 North Magnolia Avenua, and
no action was taken by City Council; and
WHEREAS, on July 28, 1970 tho Anaheim City Councii approved Conditfonal Use Permit
No.1181 under Resolution No. 70R-374 pormitting on-premise sales and consumption of beer in conJunction
with a proposed beor bar; and
WHEREAB, Frank R. Kropman, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termir.at(on
of Conditional Use F'erm(t Nos. 1109 and 1181 to camply with the conditions of app~•oval of Condltional Use
Permit No. 1890,
WHEREAS, the Plann(ng Commission Is authorfzed to terminate conditlonal use permlts.
NOW~ TH~REFORE, BF IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby tarminatc~ all proceedings in connection with Conditlonal Uso Permit Nos. 1109 and 1181 on the basis
of the foregoin~ fi~idings.
TH~ ~OREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commisslon meeting ot
October 3, 1994.
