APPROVING THE FINAL SITE PIAN REVIEW APPLICATION FORMS FOR

WHEREAS, on Or,tooer 31, 199A tho Anaheim City Planning Commfsslon reviewed th9 Final Site
Plan Review Application, including the Final S(te Plan Pre-Application F~~rm and tho Final Site Plan
Application Form, tor the Anaheim Resort Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, said Commissfon, after due inspect(~n, investfgatlon and stu~Jy made by Itself Hnd in
its behalf, and aNer due consfderatic+n of all evidence and reports oNdred at safd hearinq, does find and
delermina tho foliowing faats:
1. That Code Secdon 18.46.Q40.020.0201, porteining to the AnaheiR~ Rosort Specitic Plan,
requires that the Final Site Pian Revie'~v Applicatlons bc~ adoptecl by Rosolution of ihe Piannfng Commission.

hereby approve the Final ~ite Plan Revlew Appllcatlon, Incl~ding tho Final ~ite Plan Pre-Applicntion Form
and the Final Sita Ptan Application Form, for the Anahoim Hesort.
