A RESQLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
1'~RMINA7ING ALL PROCEEDINGS iN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIQNAL USE PERMIT N0. 2617 AND
~ONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 3200
WHEREAB, on October 1,1984 the Planning Cornmissfon approved Conditlonai Use Permit
No. 2617 to retaln and permit twa (2) automotive repair facllitles with wafver of minimum number of parking
spacos on prooerty located at 1131 and '1135 North Blue Gum Streot; and
WHEREAS, on OctobF. 9,1989 the Planning Commissfon approved Condltlonal ~Jse Permit
No. 3200 to permft household hsuardous materials collecilon in co~)unction wfth an existinc~ dumping and
oommerclal recycling/res~t~rce rocovery faciliry on property iocated at 2761 East White ::tar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Richard Wfnn, agent for th~ pr~perty owner, has subndtted a letter requestiny
termination of Conditional Use Permit Nps. 2617 and 3200 to comply with the conditions ~f approval of
Conditional l:se F'ermft No. 3359.
NOW, TFIEREFORE, BE I7 R~SOLVED that the Anahelm Cfty Planning Commisslon does
hereby terminate all procoed(ngs in connectlon with Cnnditional Use P6rmit Nos. 2617 end 3200 on the basis
af the foregoing iindings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Gommisslon meeting of
February 7, 19J4.
