WHEREAS, on December 2, 1992 the Anahetm Clty Planning Commission appruved

requeating terminatlon of Varfance No. 4188 t~ comply with th9 conditions of approval of Varianco No. 4245
NOW, 7HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahaim City Planning Cornmtssion doos
hereby terminate all proceedings (n connection with ~Jariance No. 4~8A on the basls of the foregoing
findings.
