`-<-.=~'' TERMINATIhG ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 2442

WHEREAS, on October 30, 1972 the Pianning C~~mmission adopted Resolu!ion No. PC72-267
in connection with Variancc~ No. 2442 permitting waivers of maximarn number of freestanding signs, minimum
distance between freestanding signs and minimum height of freestanding signs to erect thr~e freestanding signs
on property located at 3085 East La Palma Aventse.
WHEREAS, Greg Massaro, representing Shell Oil Company, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of subject variance because adoption of Specific Pian No. 94-1 "The Northeast Area .Specific Plan "
as it pertains to subject property ;NhEch is now located in Development Area No. 5(Commercial,; 4rea) of said
specific plan, has made the variance unnecessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Resolution No. PC72-267 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Co°nmission meeting of
January 8, 1996.
