A RESOLUTIOh OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 572 AND VARIANCE NO. 4215
WHEREAS, on May 25, 1964 Conditional Use Permit No. 572 was granted under Resolution
No. 64R-459 by the Anaheim Ciry Council to pem'~it the expansion of a nonconforming bowlin9 al~eY wfth
restaurant and cocktail lounge;
WHEREAS, on January 11~ ~~ ~d~nce No. 4215 was granted under Resdution No.
pCg3-4 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit waivers of (a) permitted residential structures, (b)
maximum stnictural height within 150 feet of a s(ngle-family znne, (c) minimum str~cturai setback abutting
a single-family zone, and (d) minimu~n distance between Para~lel `nralls to construct a 2-story, 74-unft
detached condominium corr~plex; and
WHEREAS, W. J. B~~O~ representing Balan Praperties, submitted a letter dated October
q, 1gg6, requesting termination oi Condftional Use Permit No. 572 and Variance No. 4215 to comply wnh
the conditions of approval of Reclassffication No. 95-96-05.
NOW, THtREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission does
