WHEREAS, Roger C. Simsiman of AMB Institutional Realry Advisors Inc., representing the
property owner, submitted a letter ~ equesting termination of Condftiona~ Use Permit No. 2562 to com~ly W~h
the conditions of approval of Condftianal Use Permft No. 3873.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby tertninate all procecad~ngs in connection with ~•onditianal Use Permit No• 2562 on the basis of the
f~regoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
December 9, 1996•
