Resolution-PC 96-24~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. PC95-24 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CIN PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 3356 WHEREAS, on January 15, 1991, Conditional Use Permit No. 3356 was granted under Resolution No. 91 R-19 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit the construction of two 13-story, 200-foot high office towers (289,000 square feet each), a 3-story 134-room all suites (full kitchens) hotel, a 10,000 squar? fuot restaurant with cocktail lounge 6,000 square feet of service retail and a 7-level parking structure. WHEREAS, Anaheim Leisure, Inc., owner of the s~bject property, has submitted a letter requesting termination of subjQCt use permit to comply wfth the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 3356. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3356 on the basis nf the foregoinr~ findings.
