CR2617DM.WP ~ ~ PIOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE30LVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commisslon does hereby grant subject PetRion for Condftional Use Permit, upon the followi~g corxlitfons which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve tha safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That fully dimensioned plar~s shall be submitted to the Zoning Divfsion for review and approval showing that the tront of the proposed baseball storage room (contatning doors and windaws) shall be directed towards the baseball fleld to the north. 2. That storage of any kind shall n~t be permftted in the flfieen (15) foot setback between the sKOrage room a~nd the south properry Iine adjacent to single family residences. 3. That the storage room shall be utilized for the storage of sports related equipment and shall not be utiiized for offices. 4. That roof-mounted equipment shall not be permitted on the proposed storage room. 5. That subject property shall be developed substantially fn accordance with plans and spec~ications submitted to tlze City of Anaheim by the petRioner and which pians are on flie wfth ihe Planning Department marked Exhibft Nos. 1 and 2. 6. That prior to issuance of a building permft or within a pe~iod of one (1) year from the date of this resotution, v~hichever occurs first, Condit~on No. 1, above-mentioned, shall t~e complied with. Extensions for further time to complete said condRions may be grantec! in accorclance with Secclon 18.03.090 of the Anaheim Municfpal Code. 7. ThaY prior to the commencement of the activity authorized by this resolution or prior to Hnal buildi~g and zoning inspections, whichever occurs flrst, Condftion No. 5, above-mentioned, shall be complied with. 8. That approval nf this application constRutes approval of the proposed request oniy to the extent that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Codo and any other applicable City, State and Federal regulations. Approval does not include any action or ftndings as to complfance or approval of the request regarding any other appticable ord(nance, regulation or requirement. BE IT FURTHER RESOWED that the Anaheim City Planning Commissiun does hereby flnd and deteRnine that acioption of this Resolution is exprassly predicated upon appticarrt's compliance with each and all of the condftions hereinabove set forth. Should 2ny such condition, o~ any part thereof, be declared invalid or unenforceabie by the final judgmeM of any court of co~npetent ju~isdiction, then this Resolution, and any approvals herein coritainod, shall be deemed null and void. .2.
