RESOLUTION NO. PC9632
A NUNC PRO TUNC RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNlNG COMMI~SION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. P~9f-~5 GRANTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1978.
WHEREAS on February 5, 1996, the Anahe(m City Planning Commissto~ denied the
res~uest to modify a condition of approval pertaining to the UmitaBon of time for Conditional Use Perm(t
No. 1978 (to retain a 23-unit motel at 426 South Beach Boulevard) by Resolution Na. PC96-15; and
WHEREAS, Resdution No. PC96-15 adopted fn connection with Condrtionai Use Permit
No. 1978, due to derical error, incorcectiy reflected the meeting date of Jar+uary 8, 1996, and shottld
have read February 5, 1996 which would cc~rrecUy Indica:e the date of the public hP,a~ing on the original
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Anaheim Ciry Pianning Commisslon
does hereby amend Resolution No. PC96-15 to carrectly indicate that the resdudon was adopted at the
Planning Commfssion mee4ing of February 5, 1996.
