RESOLUTIOiv OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
_ VARIANCE NOS. 1282 AND 1358
WHEREAS, on August 15, 1960 Variance No. 1282 was granted under Resolu~lon No. 45, Se~ies
story~office build ng at the northeast cor ef off Crescent A enuve and Eiu~clid Streetg and~thattno act on was take
by Ciry Council; a~d
WHEREAS, on May 1, 196? Variance No. 1358 v:as granted under Resolution No. 247, Series
1960-61, by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit waiver of parking requirements for a 6-story office
building at 60U North Euclid Street; and that no action was taken by Ciry Council; and
WHEREAS, Mark L Whitfieid of Donahue Schriber, representing the property owner, has submttted
a letter dated March 29,19~6, requesting termination of Variance No.1282 and Variance No.1358 to comply with
the condiNons of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 3566.
NpW, TiiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
terminate ali proceedings in connection with Variance Nos. 1282 and 1358 on the basis of the foregoing flndingg.
THE FOREGOING RESQLUTION was adopted at the Plannfng Cort~mission meeting of
Aprii 29, 1936. ,
