TERMINATItvG ALL PRQCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PEi~MIT N0. 241
WHEREAG, on May 28, 1962, the C'lann(ng Commission adopted Resoluticn No. 339, granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 24t (to es'~ablish a scho~l for real estate, insurance and bu~lding fields, on property
located at 125 Fast Ball Road; and that no further action was taken by the ~iq~ Cauncil.
WHEREEIS, Peter Hahm, properEy owner, has submitted a letter requesting !erminat(un of to
comply with the conditions of approval of Cdnditional Use Permit No. 3804.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that ihe Anaheim Cfry !'lanning Comm:ssion does hereby
terminat~ all proceedings in connection with Cor.ditional Use Permft No. 241 on the t+asis of the foregoing ftndings.
