terrtdnation of Cundftional Use Permit No.1961 to comply with Condition No. 4 of Resofution No. Pl'~6-26 9rant~ng
CorKJitional Use Permh No. 3812, which spectfies:
'4. That ihe owner of subJect property shall submit a letter to the Zoning Division requesting
termfnation of Conditior~al Use Permit No. 1961 (to permit the retail saies of tfres and auto parts)'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelir City Plannin~ Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings (n connection wfth Con~iitionai Use Permit No. 1961 on the basis of the foregoing
firxlings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commissfon meeting of
