A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMlNATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONUITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2711
WHEREAS, on November 5, 1985 Condftional Use Permit No. 2711 was granted ~nder Resolucion
No. 85R-466 by the Anaheim C'dy Council to permit an ir.dustriall~~-related office complex in the ML "lJmited
Industrial" (Scenic Corridor) zone on property located at 5101 and 5109 East La Palma Avenue and 1300, 1350
and 1400 North Kellogg Drive.
~NHEREAS, Jan-Erik Palm, Swede Ca1 Propertfes, Inc., has submitted a letter request(ng
termination because a8option of the Northeast Anaheim Spec~ic Plan (SP94-1) permits, by right, the existing
industrialiy related offfce compler..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahe(m Ciry Planning Commisslon does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connection wiih Condftional Use Permft No. 2711 on tha basis of the foregoing
findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopteci at the Planning Commission meeting of
