A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CIN PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEFDIt~GS IN CUNNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 3297
WHEREAS, on September 18, 1994 Conditior.al Use Perml! No. 3297 was granted under
Resolution No. 90R~63 by the An,:he(m City Council ta permit an 85-unft Senior Citizens "Affordable' apartment
complex with waivers of struct~ral setback and yard requ(rements and building sfte area on property located at
835 So:ith Gilbert Street.
WHEREAS, Donald Galb!afth, suthorized agent of the propert~r owner Nathan Russi, has submitted
a letter requssting termination to comply with the cor.dftions of appr~val of Conditional Use Permft No. 38G3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEQ that thb Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all procaedings in connaccion with Condftional Use °ermft No. 3297 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
