A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSIaN
AMENDING CERTAIN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF

WHEREAS, on Ap~l 19,19~i the Planntng Commission adopted ResoluNon No. 93-46, approving
Condi~onal Use permit No. ~591 to permft a mobNe medical (MRI - magnetic resonance imaging) trailer wfth
walver of minimum number of park~ng spaces (67~ spaces requlred, i669 spaces exlstin9) on property
located at 3033 West Oran9e Avenue for a period of one yeas to expire Apr~ 19, 1994; and tt~at on Maroh
6, 1995 Commisslon adopted Resdution No. 95-26 arrsendin9 Conditlon No. 9 of Resolution No. 93-46 t~

WHEREAS, on May 16,1994 the Planning Comm(ssion adopted Resolucion No. PC94-59, ~pproving
Condftional Use Permit No. 3677 to peRnft an approxlmately 390 sq.ft. addftion to the existing hospital for
MRI use; and that, to date, 7he permaner~t MRI addition has not been constructod and Condhicnal Use
Permit No. 3677 has expirod; ,

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hdd a pubifc hear(ng at the CNic Center In the Ciry
of Anaheim on July 8,1996, at 1:30 P•m., not~e of sakl public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and (n accordance with 4he provisions of thaAna~henerrt and to i~ igate andrmake~flrxi ngs and
consider evklence for and against said Rroposed
recommandations in connectior~ therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commisston, after due inspectfon, invastigation and st:~dy made by icself and in
Ks behalf, and after due consideration of aJl evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does fintl arxi
determEne the fdloHring facts:
1. That, (n accordance with Section 18.03.093.042 of tha Zoning Code, delettan of the time
limitation Is necessary to pem'~it reasonable operation under the use permit as granted;
2., That, in accorclance with Sectbn 18.03.093.041 of the Zor~ing Code, subject use permit ~s
~ being exercised in a manner not deMmental to the partlcular area and surrounding land uses, nor to the
publ~ peace, heaNh, safety and general welfare; and that the existing MRI trailer is adequately screened
