That the size and shape of the sfte for the proposed, as conditioned herein and inciuding all mftigation measures; use is adequate to allow the full dev~lopment of the proposed use In a manner not deMmentai to the particutar area nor to the peace, heslth, safery and general welfare; 4. That the traffic generated by tne proposed use, as conditioned herein and induding all mitigation measures, will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved t~ carry the traffic in the area; 5. That the granting of the condftional use permit, under the conditions imposed, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety and general welface of the ci4lzens of the City of Anaheim; and 6. That a plan sheet for solid waste storage and collection and a plan for recycling shall be submitted to the Streets and Sanita4lon Division of the P~tblic Works Depertmerrt ior revie~v and approval. 2. That an on-sfte trash truck tum-around area shall be provtded and malntalned to the satisfaction of the Streets and Sanitation Division of the Pubtlc Wor6cs Departmerd. Said tum-around area shall be speciflcaliy shown on plans submitted to the Streets and San'rtatton Diviston of the Public Works ~enartrnerrt for review and approval. 3. That the developer shail submft a Water Qualf!~ Management P~an (WQMP) to the Pubic Works Deparcment, Development Services Division. The WoMP shall specificalty IdeMify best mana9ement practices thai ~vill be used on site to coMrd prediciable poilutar~ts ftom stormwater runoff. The wash water fror!~ am~ulance washing shall be directed to a clarifler, or other approved device, prior to discharge to the sanftary sewer. 4. That the service baYs shall be located at least thirry (30) feet ftom the rdl-up doors. 5. That the compressor shalt be located at the northwest interior comer of the warehouse. 6, That no outdoor paging systems shall be utilized. All radios shaA be contafned insfde the warehouse and shall not be near the rdl-up doors. 7. That no mafntenance work shall be pemiitted in the Parking lot area. That the hours of vehide repair shall be Ifmited to 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 10. That prior to cotiducting any siren testing, the appl(cant shall request and pay for a Code EMorcemeM inspection to verNy that the sound levels produced by such te~ting meet Ciry Codes. Once the sound is brought down to the required level, siren testing shall be perrnitted once a month for a maximum of ten (10) mintites. 11. That no outdoor stora9e of, display M, or work on vehicular parts shall be peRnitted• 12.
