A RESOLUTION OF THE ANANEIM CITY PIA~!NING COM~~AISSION
TERPJIINATING ALL PR~JCFEDINGS !N CONNECTION WITH
COVDITIANAL USE PERMIT NC. 3806
WHEREAS, on Novembe~27,1995 Conditional Use Permft No. 3806 was granted under Resolution
No. PC96-156 by the Anahe(m Planning Commissfon to ~emift a 38 foot hl~h roof mounted cellular
communi~.ations antenna on property located at 5472 East La Palma Avenue.
WMEREAS, Marie Luna has submitted a letter requgsting terrnination because the p~ ~pused
Communicailon Faciiity has been redesigned to compiy with code and, therefore, the condicional use permft is
unnecessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tfie Anaheim City Plann(ng Comm9ssion does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connectfon with Conditfonal Use Permit No. 3806 an the has(s of the foregoing
findings.
