TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WRH

WHEREAS, on March 26,1992, Conditi~nal Use Permft No. 3503 was granted under Decision No.

a proposed
Road; and
YNNEREAS, on July 15, 1992 Condftional Use Pertnit No. 3525 was granted under Decision No.
ZA 92~0 by the Anaheim Zoning Adminfstrator to permft on-premises s:+le ar.~ consumption of beer and wine
in an extsting restaurant; arxJ
WHEREAS, on AprO 29, 199.'~ Conditlonal Use Permit IVo. 3601 was granted undsr Dectslon No.
7A 93~33 by the Anaheim Zoning Acimfnistrator to permft on-premises sale and consumption of beer and wine in
a proposed restaurar~t.
WHE~EAS, Alex Perez, has submitted a letter requesting teRninatlon of these c~~dftional use
permfts, in compliance wfth Condition No, 18 of Conditional Use Perrr~Y No. 3877.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Maheim Ciry !'lanning Commisslon does hereby
terminate all proceedings in canneGtion with Conditional Use ~ae~ r;•~ft Nos. 3503, 3525 and 3601 on the basis of the
foregoing ftndings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission maeting of
