AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. PC97-80 w9ANTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
RECLASSIFlCATION NC. 96-97-08
WHEREAS, on June 23, 1997, the Anahelm Ciry Planninp Commission pranted
RedassiflcaUon No. 96-97-08 by Resolutlon No. PC97-80 redassHying the properties ~ocated ai 2004 and
2pp6 East Uncoln Avenue, and 230, 232, 234, 236, 240, 244, 246 arxl 248 South State College Boulenrerd
from the RS-A~3,000 (Residential/Agricultural) Zone and the CG (Commercial, General) Zone to the CL
(Commercial, Umfted) Zone; and
WHEF~E.4S, the last paragraph on Page 2 of Resdution t~o. PC97-80 is incoRect and
should be amendec in its eMirery to read as fdlows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City
Pianning Commission does hareby approve the subJect Petition tor
RedassiflcaUon to suthorize an amendn'±ent to the Zoning Map of the Anahe~m
Municipal Code to exdude the above~iescribed propertles from th3 RS-A-43,000
(Residential/Agricultural) and CG (Commercfai, General) Zones acid to
Incorporate said described properties into the CL (Commerciaf, 'Jmfted) Zone,
uncondftlonally.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commisslo~ meeting of
August 4, 1997. ~
