WHEREAS, on June 10, 1996, the Planning Commissbn adopted Resolutlon No. PC96-54 ~n

WHEREAS, the petftioner has submrited a letter requesting amendment or deletion of the above
condition of approvai to retain the existing business; and
WHEREAS, the Ctcy Planning Commission did hdd a pubiic hea~ing ai the CNic Center in the
Ctty of Anaheim on August 4, 1997, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said public heartn9 hav~~9 been duly gNen as
required by law and (n accordance v~ith the provfsions of the Anaheim lJiunicipal Code, Chapter 18.03, to
hear and consfder evidence for and against said proposed amendment and to investigate and make
findings and recomme~dattons In connection therewich; and
WHEREAS, sakl Commission, after due tnspectlon~ ~rn+esti9ation and studY made by ftself and
in fts behalf, and after due consideration of ali evidence and repoRs offered at said hearing, does find and
determine the fdlowing facts

based on tescimony presented in the Staff Report to the Planning Commission dated August 4, 1997,

3845 shall terminata In accordance with said Condition No. 2.
