WHEREAS, on January 7,1993, the Zoning Administrator approved Oecision No. ZA93- 6, in connection with Variance No. 4214, for waiver of minimum structural setbaak to retain are existing metal roof cover in connection with the existing commercial building at 1217 South Brookhurst St~eet; and that said deGision includes two conditions (Nos. 2 and 101 which require provision of parking spaces in accordance with Engineering Standards and lease of certain off- site parking spaces in accordance with Code requirements; ~VHEREAS, subject ~roperty i~ developed with a 4,500 sq.ft. marlcet and, a 540 sq.ft. storage room at 1217 South Br~okhurst Street In the CL (Commercial, Limited) Zone; and WH~REAS, the Anaheim General Plan designates !hP underlying property for General Commercial lan~ uses, and the property is located in ihe Commercialllndustrial Redevelopment Area. WHEREAS, the petitioner requests modification or deletion of Condition No. 14 of ResAlution No. PC94-13 pertaining to the :ime limitation, pursuant to Sections 18.03.093.041 and 18.03.093.042 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; WHEREAS, the C+ty Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the i.ivic Center in ihe City of Anaheim on September 3, 1997, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said public hearing having been dufy given as required by law and in accordance wilh the provisions of the Anaheim Municipai Coda, Chapter 18.03, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposEd amendment and to ir.vestigate and make findings and recommendaZions in connection lherewith; and WHEREA~, $aid Commission, after due inspection, investigation and study made by itself and in its behalt, and ~fter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine Ihe foilowing facts: 1. That ~~ommunity Redeveloptnent staff has reviowed the proposal and determined consistency with the Redevelapment Plan; 2.
