RESOLUTION NO. PC97-126
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NOS. 1570 AND 2958
WHEREAS, on April 29, 1963, Resolution No. 736, Series 1962-63, was adopted by the
Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission to approve Variance Na. 1570 for waivers of revei~sed comer lots being
less than 78.6 feet wide, lots less than 7,200 sq. ft. in area, and cul-de-sac lots less than 60 feet wide at the
setback line; and
WHEREAS, on August 29, 1977, Resolution No. PC77-188 was adapted by the Planning
Commission to approve Variance No. 2958 for waiver of minimum building site width to construct a 20-Unit
apartment complex.
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1997, Resolution No. 97-71 was adopted by the Anaheim Planning
Commission to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 3936 and permit construction of a two-story, 12-unit
detached condominium development with waivers; and that Condition No. 3 of said resolution requires that
the property owner request termination of Variance Nos. 1570 and 2958; and
WHEREAS, K.C. Chang, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of
said variances, in compliance with said Condition t~o. 3.
NOW, 7HEREFORE, BE IT RESOWED that the Anaheim City Planning Commissio~ does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance Nos. 1570 and 2958 on ttie basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
September 15, 1997. ~
