PC97-127 ~ A RESOLUTION OF 7HE ANAHEIM CITY FLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATCOND TIONAL USE' PERMIT NON~044ION WITH WHEREAS, on September 3, 1968, the Arnheim C'rty Council adopted Resolutiorr No. 53S to approve Co-xlitiona~ Use Permit No. 1044 and Permi~ PeTmd a 129-unit, 3-story motel wfth waiver of maximum building height; and that said motel doas not exist. WHEREAS, on July 21, 1997, the Anatreim C'ity Ptanning Commission adopted Resolu!ion No. p~g7-98 to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 3a41 and permit one additional tenant space in an axisting commercial retail center with waNer of minimum number of parking spaces; and that said resal~:ion inctudes a condftion (Nn. 9) which requires that the properry owner request termination of Conditlo-~a~ l%se Permit No. 1044~ and WHEREAS, Jeff Goid, owner of HJK Gold, Inc., has submitted a lettst'equesting termina:ion of Conditlonal Use Permit No. 1044, in compliance with said Condition No. 9. ' NOW, THEREFORn connf ctFlion with Cond ional Uf se Perrri~ Jol 1044 on~he basis ofthe hereby terminate all proceedin9 foregoing findings.
