RESOLUTION NO. PC97-128
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 2974 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3531
WFOEREAS, on October 26, 1977, the Anaheim Cfty Planning Commission adopted Resolution
No. PC77-224 to approve Variance No. 2974 for waivers of maximum structural height and required
landscaped setback to construct a commercial office building; and
WHEREAS, on August 6, 1992, the Zoning Administrator adopted Decision No. ZA92-34 to
approve Conditionat Use Permit No. 3531 and perm(t en-sale beer and wine in a proposed enclosed restaurant
in a previously approved commercial retail center.
WHEREAS, on December 9, 1996, the Planning Commission adopted Resdution No. 96-124 to
approve Conditlonal Use Permit No. 3881, in part, and permit a 1,163 sq. ft.er.pansion of and on-premises sale
and consumption of alcoF*.olic beverages in an existing 4,390 sq. ft. restaurant with waNers of minimum
landscaped setback and number of parking spaces; and that Cond'Rion No. 18 of said resalution requires that
ihe prope~y owner request terminat?an of Variance No. 2974 and Conditional Use Permit No. 3531; and
WHEREAS, R(chard A. DeBeikes, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination
of subject zoning petft(ons in compliance with said Condition No. 18.
Nc~W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 2974 and Conditional Usa Permft No. 3531
on the basis ~oE the foregoing firxiings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
September 15, 1997. ~
