RESOLUTION NO. 97R -4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM WAIVING NOTICE OF LEASED SPACE
AGREEMENT BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the County of Orange Health Care Agency,
Children and Youth Services Mental Health Unit,
proposes to enter into a Leased Space Agreement for the
purpose of providing mental health services to children
and their parents at 1535 Orangewood Avenue in the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25351 requires the
County to notify the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
in writing, at least sixty days prior to entering into
such Leased Space Agreement, unless such notice is
waived by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the County has requested that the City Council
waive such sixty -day notice requirement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the sixty -day notice required
by Government Code Section 25351 is hereby waived with
respect to the aforementioned Leased Space Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day
of January 1997.
