A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLAI~-ING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
{Abandonment No. ABA2005-00108)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
A portion of a 14 foot water easement and a portion of a 5 foot public
utility easement located at 255 N. Larch Street, Anaheim, California
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVI~D that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
~. Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,

1. A portion of that certain perpetual easement to construct,
reconstruct, install, maintain, repair, enlarge and replace an
underground pipeline or pipelines as described in a Grant Deed
recorded June 10, 1952 in Book 2341, Page 41 of Official
Records of Orange County.
2. A portion of that certain S' public utility easement dedicated
and delineated on Tract No. 1451 in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, California.
