That strict application of the Zoning Code deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other properties under identical zoning classification in the vicinity because vehicular access to this proporty is located on Santa Ana Canyon Road at a significantly distant and inconvenient location from Imperial Highway (wherE: ~ubject build~ng faces), necessitating additional signage to identify the business to traffic on Imperial Highway before' ~~ passes the business; and 4. That no one indicated their presence at said pub~ic hearing in opposition; ~nd that no correspondence was received in opposition to subject petition. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: The Planning Director or his authorized representative has determined that the proposed pro~ect falls within the dsfinition of Categorical Exemptions, Class 11, as dzfined in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIFt.
