A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS 1N CONN~CTION WITH
C'ONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2707 AND
VAR:ANCE NO. 2007
WHEREAS, on August 19, 1985 Conditional Usc Pcrmit Nc. 2707 was granted under Resolulion
No. PC85-194 by the Anahc:m Planning Commission to pcrmit an auto repair shop in an existing scrvicc station.
`NHEREAS, on August 2G, 19G8 Variarncc No. 2007 was granted undcr Rcsolution No. PC68-261
by the Planning Commission to waivc maximum aumbcr of [rccstanding signs and loca~on of frccstanding signs to
pcrmit crcction of an idcntification sign.
WHEREAS, Mr. Frcd Whitakcr, Vicc President and Gcncral Counscl of Southcrn Countics Oil
Co., has submittcd a Icttcr rcqucsting tcrmination af Conditional Use Pcrmit No. 2707 and Vzriancc No. 2007 to
comply with Condition No. lU of Rcsolution No. PC 92-]G, adoptcd in connection with Conditional L1sc Pcrmil No.
3484.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Anahcim City Planning Comrt~ission docs
hcrcby tcrminatc all procccdings in conncction with ConJitional Usc Pcrmit No. 2707 and Variancc No. 2007 on
thc basis of thc fcrcgoing finJings.
