PC97-14£i A RESCLU'i'ION OF THB ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 390b WHEREAS, on Fcbruary 19, 1?97 Conditional Usc Permi[ No. 3906 was grantcd undcr Resolution No. PC97-12 by the Anaheim Planning Commission, in part, to pcrmit a~1-unit, 2-story 2ffordable condominium complex with waivers o[ mar.imum structural hcibht, minimum structural setback, minimum distani:e bclween buildings, minimum numbcr of parking spaccs and minimum recreation-leisure area. WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim Community Devclopment Department has requested termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3906 to comply wilh the Condition No. 12 of Resolution NO. PC97-107, adopted in connection with Conditional Use No. 3955 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Pianning Commission docs licr~by tcrminate all procecdings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3906 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
