A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PIANN~NG CQMMISSION
TERMINATCOND TIONAL USE PERMIT NpNN5g2 ~ON WITH
WHEREAS, on December 22, 1975, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution Ido.
PC75-272 lo approve Conditional Use Permit No. 1592 and permit truck and trailer rentals at 2600 West
Lincoln Avenue;
WHEREAS, Shakour Cyrus, property o~nn~er, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of subject conditional use permit, in ~ompliance wilh Condition No. 1 of Conditional Use
Permit No. 3843.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVEO that the Anaheim City Pianning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Condition User Permit No. 1592 on the basis of
the foregofng findings;
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commissior meeting of
