R~SO~UTION NO. PC97-176
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3477
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1991, Resoiution No. PC91-202 was adopted by the
Anaheim City Planning Commission to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 3477 and permit sn
industrially-related design center including showrooms, warehousing, and office uses with waiver
of minimum number of parking spaces at 1350 South State College Boulevard;
WHEREAS, on July 21, 1997, Variance No. 4309 was granted under Resolution No.
PC97-95 by the Anaheim Planning Commission for waiver of maximum number of freestanding
signs and minimum distance between signs to construct 10 freestanding signs at 1340-1400
South State College Boulevard; and that Condition No. 2 of said resolution specifies that the
owner of subject property shall submit a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit
No. 3477; and
WHEREAS, Stephen N. Barnard, properly owner, has submitled letter requesting
termination of to comply wiiti the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 3477.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate ali proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No, 3477 on the basis of the foregoing flndings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission
meeting of December 22, 1997. ~ -_,
