A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM C~TY PLANNING COMMISSION
TCRMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECT:ON WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMlT tdOS. 1113 AND 1390
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1969, the Ptanning Commissfon adopted Resoltttion No. PC69-103
in connection with Conclitiortial Use Permft No.1113 to permit on-sale beer bar and wtne in conJunction wRh
a p;oposed restaurant s~t 426 South Euclid Street; and
WHERFJ\S, on May 14, 1973, the Planning Commission ado~ted Resolution No. PC73-102
in connection wfth Corxiitional Uso Permft No.1390 to establish a beer bar on the east side of Euclid Street
approximately 115 feet nonh of Tedmar Avenue.
WHEREAS, on September 16, 1936 the Planning Commiss(on adopted Resolution No.
pCg6-95 in aonnectbn with Corxiitionai Use Fermit No. 3871 (to permft an sucomobile rental agency at 426
South Euclkl Strset), and that sald resolucion corrtains the following condftlon:
•g. That the properry owner shall submft a letter ~equesting termination of Condftional
Use Permft No. 1113 (to permit on-premises sale and consumption of beer and
wine in conjunction wfth a restaurant) and Condftiona! Use Permit No. 1390 (to
permit a beer bar} to the Zoning DNision.'
WHEREAS, subject properxy is developed wfth an sutomotive rental facility in the ~L
"Commercial, Umfted" Zone.
WHEREAS, Dud~ey B. Frank, representing Grand Mamier Co., has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Condftional Use Permit Nos. 1113 and 1390, to comply with the corxiitions of
approval of Conditional Use PermR No. 3871.
NOW, THEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Pianning Commission does
hereby tem-inate all proceedings in oonnection with Co~ditional Use Permft Nos.1113 and 1390 on the basis
of the foregoing flrxlings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
March 31, 1997.
