RESOLUTION NO. PC97-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N~S. 1281 AND 1529
WHEREAS, on Derember 29,197i, the Planning Commission adopteci Resolution No. PC71-245

Resolution No. PC71-245; and
WHEREAS, on April 14, 1975, ths Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC75-76 to
permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant at 5650 East La Palma Avenue.
WHEREAS, on February 6,1995, the Planntng Commission granted Corv:lftiorial Use Permii No.
3711 to permft a service station wfth accassory corrvenionc~ market, includ(ng retali sale of beer and wine for
off-premisss consumption, an automatecS car wash, and waiver of permitted waN s~9nfi; and that said resolution
contains the following conditian:
•q, That the owner of subject property shall submft a letter r~aquesting termtnation of
Condftional Use Permit Nos.1281 (permftting a restaurant In conJunctlon w~h ia'n None

WHEREAS, the service station is currenUy under construction in the SP94-1 Zone (Northeast
Area Specfffc Plan).
WHEREAS, M(Iton Price, representing Texaco, has submitted a letter requesting termireation of
Conditional Use Permit Nos.1281 and 1529 to comply wfth the conditians of approval of Conditfonal Use Permic
No. 3711.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission does
hereby termtnate all proceedtngs tn connection wfth Condftional Use Permft Nos. 1281 and 1529 on the basis
of the forego(ng flndtngs.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIaN was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
March 31, 1997. ~~
