A RESOLlJTION OF THE MJAHEIM CITY PIANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3586
WHEREAS, on March 23, 19~i, the Anahe(m Ciry Councq adopted Resolutlon Na• 93R-52 to
approve Conditional Use Permft No. 3586 and pertnft an ~ndoor saccer fleld in conJuncNon wfth an indoor swap
m~set facility.
WHEREAS, on February 5, 1996, the Planning Commfsston grarrted CondfUonel Use Permft
No. 3817 to permit a 9,357 sq.f[. fndoor eMertalnmer~t facpity for a televislon ta~in9 studfo arxl an ir~oor stage
for concerts, INe theaMcal productions and movle screenings; and thai the condftions of approval of said
resolutfon Indude the fdlovytng:
•2, That the legal property owner shall submit s letter requesting termination of Candftional
uso PermR No. 3586 (to pem~it an ~ndoor soccer fleld in conjunction wfth an existing
Indoor swap meet faciiity) to the Zon(ng DNislon'
WHEREAS, subJnct property is developed wfth the Anaheim Indoor Marketplace in the CL
"Commercial, Limfted' Zone.
~ WHEREAS, Robert Weiss, General Manager - DirectoW~n ~~~~on No. 2 of Condn onal Use
requesting termination of Condftional Use Permft No. 3586 to comply

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm Ciry Planning Commission does hereby
torminate ai prcceedings in connect(on with Condftional Use Permft No. 3586 on the basls of the foregoing
flndings.
