A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM GITY PUWNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1757 AND 2395
WHEREAS, on October 26, 1977, the Planning G~mmission adopted Resdution R7o. PC77-226,
in an existing estaural t at 57St-F East Santa A Canyion Ro~.de aind that on November 29, 1982, Cormmission
adopted Resolution No. PC82-225, approving Conditional Use Qermit No. 2395 an~i ~ermitting on-premises sale
and consumption of beer and wine In a proposed restauraM wfth waNer of minirrwm number of parking spaces
at 5773-J East Santa Ana Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, subject property is developed with a commercial retail center zoned 'CL(SC)'
Commercial, Umfted - Scenic Corridor Ove~lay.
WHEREAS, on Oc:ober 28, 1996, the Plann(ng Commissfon approved Speciman Tree Removal
Permit No. 96-01, which included a conditfon (No. 2) requiring that the owner of subject property request
tennination of Condftional Use Permft Nos. 1757 and 2395; and that Harold B. ~lemb:ee, General Partner of
Canyon Plaza Shopping Center, has submitted a tetter in satisfactior. oF said CondRfon No. 2.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Cfty Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connection wfth Resdution Nos. PC77-226 and PC82-255, adopted in connection wfth
Condftional Use Permft Nos. 1757 and 2395, on the basis of the foregofng flndings.
