ALIFORNIA ENVIRQNMENTAL ~UALITY ACT FINDiNG: That the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commis.lon has reviewed the proposa~ to permft ar. unmanned 405 square-foot cellular communicatlens facillty with a 49~-foot hfgh (induding base) monopole structcu~re~w~n a~Pa~9e ~e~ fee on~he microwave dish antenna on a 3.4 acre rectangula~ty-shaped pa 9 souch side of La Palma Avenue, a depth of 453 feet, and being locat ~480 e Neg twe Declarationiupon Hancock Street (4880 East La Palma Avenue); and does hereby app flnding that the declaration reflects the independent judgement of the lead agency and that it has considered the NegatNe Dedaraaon together wtth any comments receNed during the public review substant evidence that he pr ject will have ai sign~icant effe~.K on he ernE omm ~t ~ t~t there is no NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ctry Planning Commis .lon does hereby grant subject PetRion for CondRionai Use Permit, ~n part~ upon the fdlowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequlsitE to the proposed use of the subJect propercy in order to preserve the safety and general weifare of the Citizens of the Ciry of Anaheim: 1. That the cellular communications faclliry shall be approved for a pe~lod of flve (5) years, tc expire on May 28, 2002. 2. 26, 1997 public hearing, ~shall be constructed wfth a standeard galvanized ~s eel flni h and wfthout any microwave diah antennas. 3. That no signs, fiags, banners, or any other form of advertising shall be attached to the monopole antenna. 4. Approval does not indude any action or findings as to compliance or approval of the request regarding any other applicable ordinance, regulatlon or requiremeM.
