approving Conditiona? Us~_?ermtt ~•ia. 1476 (to establish an office in an existing residence wfth w2Ners of the
requirement that all p~~;rklri~ be [~~ovj•:I~i to the rear of a residential structure, vehicular access ded(cation,
maximum wali sign a~aa_ minimum skir~ yard setback and maximum number of wall signs at 511 South Harbor
Bculevard); and that on March 5, 136s, the Gty Councfl adopted Resd~rtion No. 63R-167 approving Variance No.
1545 (waNing a 2~-story height !U~h:>.Yion to construct a 3-story prof. ssional office building}.
WHEREAS, Joseph Chaikin, representing The Unitarian Church of Orange County, request~
terminat?on of Condftionat Use PermR No. 1476 ~nd Variance No. 1545 to comply with Condftion No. 3 of
Conditional Use Permk No. 3876 (permitting conversion of a 3,320 sq.ft. bank building to a church).
NOW, THEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connection wfth Condftional Use Permft No. 1476 and Variance No. 1545 on the basis
of the foregoing fiindings.
THE FOREGOING R~SOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Conimission meeting of
June 9, 1997.
