A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSlON
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2571
WFiERF~-S, on June 12, 1984, Condftional Use Permit No. 2571 was granted under Resolution
No. 84R-220 by the Ciry Anaheim Council to permft sales of beer and wine for on-premises consumption in an
exisiing restaura~t.
WHEREAS, Richard B. W(nn, Director - Safery, Health & Environmental Affairs, 1231 North Blue
Gum, Anahefm, CA 92805, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Condit(onal Use Permit No. 2571
to comply ~vith the conditions of approval of Condftional Use Permft No. 3372 (to permit truck parking with
maintenance and fueling and waNer ~f minimum front setback).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tlie Anaheim C'rty Planning Commission doss
hereby terminate all praceedings in connection with Condftional Use Permit No. 2571 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Pianning Commission meeting of
