A RESOLUTION OF THC ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
T@RMINATING ALL PROCEED{NGS IN CONNECTION VVITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMI'1" NO. 525
WHEREAS, on February 18, 1964, Conditionai Use Permit No. 525 was granted by City Council
to establish a service station. (This service statian was demolished ir~ December 1994.)
WHEREAS, on April 23, 1996, Conditional Use Permit No. 3820 was granted under Resolution
No. PC9E-59 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a full service carwash, auto detailing, and
lubrication facilit~ with ~Naiver of minimum structural setback and required site screenEng. Resolution No. PC 96-
59 includes the following condition of approval:
"9. That the owner of subject property shall suhmit a letter requesting termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 525 (to establish a service station) to the Zoning Division °
WHEREAS, James Hili, Trustee of the Dahlman Family Trust, has submitted a letter requosting
tprmination of C~nditional Use Permit No. 525, to comply with the conditions of approval of Conditional Use
Permit NO. 382Q.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDthattheAnaheim City Planning Commi~sion does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connection with on 2he basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Pianning Commission meeting of June 23,
