PC97-87 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CI7Y PLANNING COMMISSION T:'RMINA~ING CONDITIONADIUSE ERM T NEDS.I~370, 3 07 AND 3774N0. 2470 AND WHEREAS, ~^ .ianuary ~2, 1973, Conditional Use Permft No. 1370 was granted under Resolution No. PC73-19 by ihe Anaheim Planning Commission to estabGsh a fully enc;osed restausani in an M-1 Zone; and WHEREAS, on May 9, 1988, Condfional Use Permit No. 3007 was gran:ed under Resolution No. PC86-125 by the Anaheim Pianning Commission to establish an a~~toma3c car wash in conjunction with an existing gasoline service station; and WHEREAS, on July 10,1995, Conaitional Use Permft No. 3774 was granted-in part under F~esolution No. NC95-76 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permft the expansion of an existing (vacant) restaurant to include a drive-through lane with waiver of minimum nurrtber of required parking spaces; and WHEREAS, on February 21, 1973, Variancs No. 2470 was grantecl under P.esolution No. PC73-37 by the Anpheim Planning Commission to perrr-it waiver of maxirnum number of freestanding signs, minimum distance between free5tanding signs, mirsimum distance of fteestanding signs from abukting praperty line and maximum area of a freestanding sign in parking landscape area to erect 5 signs in conjunction vuith a proposed service station; and WFlEREAS, J. J. Caffe~r, :epresanting Arco, has submitted a letter requesting terminaNon of Variance No. 2470 and Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1370, 3007 and 3774 to compy with the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 3836 gran4ed in June 1996 by the City Council (Resolution No. 9fR-130) to establish a 2,796 -square foot service station with an ar,cessory convenience market with retail sales of beer and wina for off-premises consumption) which i~cludes the following condition of approval: "3.
