A F~ESOLUTION OF TFIE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNINC COMMISSION
TERMINATI~JG ALL PR~CEEDINGS IN GONNECTION WlTH VARIANCE NO. 1288
WHEREAS, on August 15,1960, Variance No.1288 was granted under Resolution No. 51,1996-
61 by the Anaheim Planning Cemmission to permit a dance studio.
WHEREAS, Youssef Ibrahim, owner of the subject property, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Variance No. 1288 to comply with the conditio~s of appr.^Nal of Conditional Use Permit No. 3916
which was ~pproved by the Commission on March 17, 1997, u~der Resolvtion No. PC97-25 to permit tfie
establishment of a 3,785 square foot convenience market at 1200 South E3rookhurst Street and which inciuded
the following condition:
"9. That the property owner shail submit a Ietter requesting termination of
Variar,~e No. 1288 (permitting operation of a dance studio) to the
Zoning Division."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDthatthe Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
terminate ail proceedings in connection with Variance No. 1288 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
TFl~ FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
July 21, 1997. ~
